Wildflowers

The wildflowers are loving this wet spring and summer.  I rode into The Hills this morning from Alkali Creek again and I found an old logging road and decided to follow it.  What I found was a high meadow covered with wild flowers!

I spent a good while up there running my hands lightly across the tall grasses and enjoying the smells.

Just me and the bumblebees, a few chipmunks, and a box elder.
